1 General Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ckpk (ckpk.im) and its members. ckpk is a legally operating online Sports Betting platform that runs under an internationally recognized license.
These terms and conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. CKPK reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and changes take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
Ckpk's services are available only to users in countries or regions where online betting is legally permitted. By using ckpk, you confirm that accessing this service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following requirements must be met to open an account with CKPK:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old. We may request a national ID card or passport to verify your age.
- Single Account: Each person may hold only one ckpk account. Creating or operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
- Accurate Information: All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in account termination.
- Contact Details: A valid mobile number and email address that belong to you are required.
- Residence: You must not reside in a country or region where online betting is completely prohibited.
CKPK follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.
3 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on ckpk:
- Bet Acceptance: Bets are only accepted when your account has sufficient balance. A bet reference number is issued for every successfully confirmed bet.
- Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, CKPK reserves the right to void bets under certain circumstances.
- Match Postponed/Cancelled: If a match is cancelled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is rescheduled, the original rules will apply.
- Maximum Payout: Each event has a maximum payout limit, which is stated on the odds page.
- Erroneous Odds: If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, CKPK reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets.
Odds change rapidly during live betting. Odds may shift between the time a bet is submitted and when it is accepted by the system. CKPK applies the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
Warning: Any account found placing bets through match fixing or by using insider/unethical information will be permanently banned and all winnings may be forfeited.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on ckpk:
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
- Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
Withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
- KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
Please note: Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be forfeited.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
CKPK offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:
- Wagering Requirements: To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a specified amount in bets (typically 5–30x the bonus amount).
- Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Bonuses not used within this period will be forfeited.
- A bonus can be used once: Each promotional offer may only be used once per member.
- Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, using someone else's details, or attempting to withdraw bonus funds through strategic betting will result in account termination.
- Odds Terms: Bonus withdrawals generally require bets to be placed at a minimum specified odds.

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on CKPK:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Creating an account using someone else's information.
- Money laundering or transferring illegal funds through CKPK.
- Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information.
- Using hacking tools or fraudulent software on the platform.
- Strategic betting intended to exploit bonus offers (bonus abuse).
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Filing false complaints or claims against CKPK.
Consequences: CKPK reserves the right to permanently close any account involved in the above activities, forfeit all balances, and pursue legal action where necessary.
7 Responsible Betting
CKPK is firmly committed to responsible betting. The wellbeing and peace of mind of our members are our top priority.

- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for a given period.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from betting for a set period of time.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Reality Check: Review a summary of your betting activity at regular intervals.

8 Account Closure & Suspension
CKPK may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Where clear evidence of a terms violation is found.
- If KYC verification fails or false information has been provided.
- If suspicious transactions or signs of money laundering are detected.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
- If your account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

10 Policy on Changes to Terms

For significant changes, we will endeavor to send advance notice to your registered email or mobile number. However, this is not a binding obligation. Continued use of CKPK after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11 Dispute Resolution Process
Should a dispute arise between CKPK and a member, resolution will be sought through the following steps:
- Step 1: Contact the CKPK Support Team directly. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
- Step Two: If the support team is unable to resolve your issue, you may request an escalation to management review.
- Step 3: Either party may seek resolution through a neutral mediator by mutual agreement.
In all disputes, CKPK's recorded data will be treated as the primary evidence. The deadline for raising a dispute is 30 days from the date of the relevant incident.
